Only one week before the 550 youngest London Wayfarers return to the hockey pitch. Time to Coach the Coaches!

At least 100 more junior hockey players are joining us for the 2017-2018 season and they are all looking forward to having a fantastic hockey experience thanks to our 150+ hockey coaches and volunteers!

On Sunday 3 September we will host a Coach the Coaches session for all the coaches, parents and volunteers helping out this season.

The session will be partly class room partly pitch based and will cover the basics about how to engage our juniors in exciting hockey drills and game formats giving them the best possible hockey experience. Our Junior Section Captain Jonathan Stubbs will be hosting the Coach the Coaches session together with Niels, Jared and Adrian and it will run from 9am to 1pm.

We are very excited to have many lead coaches, assistants, parent coaches and other volunteers return and of course welcome those joining us! Hopefully we can build on our best season yet with quite possibly the strongest coaching line up London Wayfarers Hockey Club has ever had.

See you all on Sunday 3 September at Dulwich College!
