Following the London Wayfarers Hockey Club AGM 2017 we can announce the Club Committee for the 2017-2018 season.
The Club Committee is the wider committee representing all parts of London Wayfarers Hockey Club with a variety of roles covered by players, volunteers and parents. We have added three new positions to the Club Committee, Junior Welfare Officer – Junior Treasurer – Junior Communications Officer, to reflect the growth of the Junior section. The Executive Committee is the body that runs the club on a daily basis and has meetings, open to members, at least once a month.
We would like to thank all the 2016 – 2017 Club Committee members, especially those who stepped down, for their huge commitment and dedication to London Wayfarers Hockey Club. Thank you Cass Wylie, Simon Rea, Zoe Smithson, Aaron Scoones and Paul Phillipson.
There are three vacancies and we are still looking for volunteers to fill these important roles! Without them we face a much bigger challenge keeping the membership informed of all the developments within the club.
